Craig Leary

Founder & Owner

Craig has been in the remodeling business for over 30 years. He has worked with some of the top companies in the industry. Included in his experience has been helping industry leading companies scale efficiently while quickly driving revenue.

Craig has found his passion in proving that the interior and design build space is scaleable through process and proper people.  He is proving this everyday with the team he has assembled at Home Remodeling Pros of Central PA.

Matt WEIner

General Manager

Matt is an industry veteran with 20 years of experience in the remodeling industry.  During this time, Matt successfully led a large regional home improvement contractor through a high growth phase.  Skilled across all company functions and recognized for strategic insight, Matt has also worked with dozens of small businesses and entrepreneurs helping them identify opportunities and organize for success.  Matt currently serves as CFO for Home Remodeling Pros of Central PA and is a Sr. Consultant for the Craig Leary Consulting Group.

Alex Carpenter


Alex is focused on constant improvement. He graduated from Bloomsburg University with a degree in Business Management and a focus in Supply Chain Management. He has also studied Lean Six Sigma at Villanova University. He combines this knowledge with his work experience. With a focus on repeatable and scalable processes, Home Remodeling Pros of Central PA has successfully increased their revenue by 14x while also steadily increasing profit margins.

Terrell Taylor


Terrell’s goal is building processes and great teams. Terrell has over 10 years of experience in call center management and customer service development. He graduated from ITT Tech with a degree in Business Management.

Brent Umholtz


Brent’s biggest focus is on constant improvement and critical thinking. Brent has a variety of skillsets but focuses on Process mapping, Process improvement, SOP and SLA writing, and CRM integration. Brent has used his skillset to support Home Remodeling Pros of Central PA’s production team and has assisted in the implementation of a new CRM at Home Pro’s.
